Forgotten, Now Family Rescue would not be what it is today without all of the wonderful people who have donated their time, money, and effort into this rescue. We operate solely on donations and volunteers.
We're always looking for an extra hand to help. Whether it's helping out at an event, transporting dogs to appointments, donating your time, or donating food, we truly value and appreciate any way you can help.
Help us at an event
Transport our dogs. Whether it's a ride to vet or their freedom ride. We'd love the help
Make a donation to ensure our dogs get the care they need
Photograph our dogs to share them with prospective owners
All of our dogs are located with one of our amazing fosters in their home. We believe that having the dogs in our foster's home will tell us how a dog will fit into an individual's home, what their strengths are, what they need to work on, help bring out their personality by nurturing them and provide them with the structure to set them up for success.
Contact us to apply for the foster application
Let's chat and have you complete the application
Have your property inspected for suitability
Become a foster carer and make a difference to animals in need
We are 100% donor-supported and operate solely by volunteers.
By donating to the Forgotten, Now Family Rescue is the ultimate way to show your support. Your contribution is appreciated and will let us continue our mission by saving the lives of dogs and giving them a second chance at finding them for their forever homes.
Transport
Our dogs come from all over North and South Carolina. Transport volunteers are critical in getting our new intakes to safety! Transports can be as short as 20 minutes and as long as a few hours.
Events
Events are critical to getting foster dogs seen! Event volunteers are able to assist at our information table where people can fill out applications, monitor puppy pens, and handle adult dogs for fosters who may bring multiple.
Daycation Program
Our daycation progam allows volunteers to pick up a dog from a foster and take them out and about for the day! This helps expose the dog to potential adopters and also gives our fosters a mini-break.
