Meet Rubina, aka Ruby!

Ruby is the kind of dog who can very quickly become your entire personality and honestly, she deserves it! This incredible young girl is playful, silly, affectionate, incredibly food-motivated, and always ready to have some fun. And if there’s a ball involved? Ball is life.

Ruby absolutely adores other dogs. Big, small, young, old, boys, girls, she loves them all! She’s happiest when she has furry friends to play with and would love a home where she can continue sharing her adventures with canine companions.

With people, Ruby can be a little reserved at first. She just needs some time to decide that you’re her person. But give her a little patience and a LOT of treats, and you’ll quickly discover the biggest lovebug! Once Ruby knows you, she is an absolute cuddle queen who wants nothing more than to be close to her people.

Ruby is also highly trainable and has a fantastic drive for training and play. She likely has some Malinois in her mix and that gives her a wonderful enthusiasm for learning and working. But Ruby is what you might call a temu version! She has all the fun drive and enthusiasm without forgetting how to relax!  When the action is over, she’s perfectly happy entertaining herself with a hard chew toy or curling up for a nap.

Ruby is also doing wonderfully with her routine. She sleeps through the night in her kennel and settles nicely in her kennel when left alone during the day. She knows how to turn the energy off when it’s time to relax, making her a wonderful balance of adventure buddy and cuddle companion.

Ruby is looking for someone who wants to do life with their dog. Someone who will play ball, work on training, go on adventures, share the couch, and give her all the love she’s been waiting for. In return, Ruby will give you her whole heart.
